SCALE-Up Performance Program: Client Services

We offer learning and development services addressing all aspects of supply chain performance improvement challenges for companies in a wide variety of industries.  Our SCALE-Up Performance Program methodolgy incorporates four key components to accelerating your enterprise organizational capabilities to innovate faster and overcome barriers to SC performance leadership.  The learning and development program can be configured as individual modules, aligned as a complete program to tackle a single challenge area such as supply chain planning or deployed across the enterprise as a platform to support a broad based supply chain transformation strategy.  Avicon assists firms in determining the right customized learning and development configuration for their culture, scope of challenge and budgetary needs.  In each client situation, Avicon works with our client team to design and deliver the learning experiences needed to best match your precise situation.  The four learning module areas within the SCALE-Up Performance Program are introduced in the sections which follow:

RELATE Learning Modules: SC Innovation

DEPLOY Learning Module: Building the Core

Competency for Supply Chain Innovation

Learning by applying the new skills for SC innovation is a fundemental building block for knowledge transfer.  By addressing gaps found in the CONNECT component, participants are supported by our innovation coaches to organize and build cross-functional teams to complete the full learning lifecycle.  Typically, this lifecycle incorporates the PICO constraint analysis of the challenge area, a PICO DNA solution evaluation and design specification, impact and business case preparation, steering sponsor go/no go decision steps, delpoyment execution and measuring the actual effect of the pilot to the key SC Performance metrics.

Through the process of "hands-on action focused" learning deployment, participants practice their new way of thinking about and responding to complex SC challenges. The learning solution designs are highly customized to fit the unique needs of the client challenge area and client learning collaboration requirements.  Further details on areas of application and the lifecycle process are addressed in this learning module service offerings.

REFRAME Learning Modules: Developing Sustainable

Innovation Thinking and Collaboration Skills

Reframing the thinking of participants to see and respond to the supply chain operating challenges takes time. In order to reinforce this learning transition in thinking, participants must be supported and allowed to practice the deployment of their new skills through pilot applications.   Structurally, those particpants who gain skilled mastery should become a cadre of internal coaches that support internal knowledge transfer to others.  The organization should also address alignment of the right incentives, development of competency models and demonstrate from the top down, the determination to stay the course of developing SC innovation as a core competency.  Support options through coaching and learning services are addressed in these learning module service offerings.
